My group sessions teach the concept of infinite possibilities -- helping individuals expand their mindset, shift their energy, and step into a more empowered version of themselves. Each session blend guided teaching, practical tools, reflection, and supportive group discussion. 

I offer two structure options:

• One-day intensive: 6-hour session with a 1-hour break
• Three-week Series: 2-hour session once a week for  weeks

You can choose whichever format fits your group best.

Groups can include 3-20 participants. Small enough to feel intimate. Big enough to create powerful shared energy.
